The terms that apply when you order from Smash & Eat Accrington through this website.
1. Who you are buying from
You are buying from Smash & Eat Accrington.
Online ordering is provided to Smash & Eat Accrington by SwitcherMate Ltd, a UK company, which is not the seller.
2. Prices and charges
Prices are shown in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Any delivery charge or service charge is shown separately before you pay. You are never charged anything you were not shown.
3. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when Smash & Eat Accrington accepts your order. If Smash & Eat Accringtoncannot make all or part of it, you will be told and you will not pay for anything you do not get.
4. Collection and delivery
Ready and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. For delivery, please make sure the address and phone number you give are correct so the order can reach you.
5. Cancelling
Food is made to order and goes off quickly, so the 14-day right to change your mind that applies to many online purchases does not apply to it (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28).
6. If something is wrong
Your food must be as described and of satisfactory quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If anything is missing, wrong or not right, tell Smash & Eat Accrington as soon as you can and it will be put right.
7. Allergies
Allergen information is shown for each item where Smash & Eat Accrington provides it. Food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present, so if you have an allergy, tell Smash & Eat Accrington before you order.
8. Offers and codes
An offer or code applies only on the terms shown with it, such as a minimum spend, an end date or new customers only. Codes have no cash value.
9. Contact and complaints
